Introducing the resource mobilization framework for financial and non-financial resources
Skills for planning and implementing resource mobilization work - including, assessment of current resource needs, assessing mechanisms and resource providers, strategic plan development, as well as creation of resource mobilization action plans
Practical resource mobilization skills, including, concept note and proposal writing, budget development, elevator pitch development and preparation for meeting resource providers and how to maintain relationships with resource providers.
