Organizational Development Assessment
The main purpose of this Organizational Development Self-assessment is for organizations to
review their own organizational development status at the certain points and to design
organizational development goals to ensure that maximum capacity-building impact can be
achieved in years to come. Knowledge of own organizational development status helps to manage change by recording self-identified capacity-building needs and setting out an
agreed Action Plan of agreed capacity-building support based on the identified needs.
We have tools that utilize participatory approaches in identification of organizational
development status and development of capacity-building support based on the identified
needs. The tools encourage discussion around the different areas of organizational capacity and the discussion and reflection between us and our clients, are as important as the final “rating”.
